Developed for very young riders whose fearlessness is as high as their center of gravity is low, the Scan Smalls gets kids hooked on snowboarding. A very short radius and a 100% full length wood core that is honed throughout makes this true twin freestyle board an extremely easy to ride deck. And the AmpTek AutoTurn core profile, a mixture of a small area of camber between the feet and rocker beyond, allows this board to be both ultra-maneuverable and stable, while forgiving mistakes in placement.
Effortless mobility
The AmpTek AutoTurn profile is a combination of rocker, or negative camber, over 80% of the effective edge length and positive camber, over the remaining balance, to minimize the risk of edge faults and improve board maneuverability
Comfort
A very flexible board that deforms easily to soften trajectories and absorb shocks
Control
The Twin Freestyle flex profile, thinner between the feet and thicker under the feet, allows the board to deform easily to recover from placement errors and maintain permanent control of trajectories
Sustainable development approach
100% of the wooden cores of Rossignol snowboards come from sustainably managed forests
