Sorel Men's Glacier XT Boot

The Sorel Glacier XT men's boots are designed for expeditions in demanding polar environments. They provide long-lasting thermal protection down to -73°C, thanks to a 13mm ThermoPlus felt lining, 2.5mm of frost-proof insulation integrated into the midsole, and an Omni-Heat™ thermal-reflective coating. This membrane captures body heat and redirects it toward the inside of the boot to stabilize the internal microclimate.

The synthetic textile upper features a polyurethane (PU) treatment that ensures waterproofness and protects against harsh winds. The vulcanized rubber outsole uses the Sorel™ AeroTrac™ design, engineered to remain flexible and provide reliable grip on packed snow, ice, and uneven surfaces.

The barrel lock closure allows for a precise ankle fit, limiting unnecessary movement during activity. The fully removable felt insole can be taken out for ventilation as needed. With a weight of 1,168 grams per pair and a high-cut silhouette, these boots are suitable for winter hiking, snowshoeing, and daily use in harsh climates. Their technical architecture meets the demands of prolonged outings without compromising joint mobility.
